- My company already tracks everything I do. Why this?
- Those systems capture output. Paper captures judgment. A year of tickets can't tell your manager why you were the right person on that incident — your own notes can.
- Isn't this just a text file?
- It starts as one, and your journals stay plain files you own. The difference is what gets built on top of them — and that you actually write, because the tool is already where you are.
- What if I miss days?
- Fine. It's a record, not a streak you can fail. Write when there's something worth saying.
- Does the AI edit my writing?
